Before Reporting

Please check these common solutions first:

  1. Update to the latest version - Many bugs are fixed in updates. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and check if an update is available.

  2. Check the Troubleshooting guide - Your issue might have a known solution.

  3. Test with other plugins disabled - Plugin conflicts are common. Try disabling other plugins temporarily to isolate the issue.

  4. Switch to a default theme - Theme conflicts can cause unexpected behavior. Test with Twenty Twenty-Four or another default WordPress theme.
